| THE LEARNING BASKET (Parents of children 0-3) FREE parental training for residents of Skokie, Morton Grove, Niles, and Lincolnwood. The Learning Basket(r), a program of The Institute of Cultural Affairs, is a 20-week series of group discussions and instructional time that focuses on the importance of parents as teachers. Parents of children age birth to three will learn about child growth and development and experience the benefit of interactive playtime with simple toys. Sessions will be conducted in English and Spanish - interpreters for other languages maybe available upon request.
