Skokie School
District 68 kindergarten registration for the 2010-11 school year
will be held by appointment only, at the District's Educational Service Center, 9440 Kenton.
A child MUST be five years old on or before September
1, 2010, to be eligible to enter kindergarten. The kindergarten
program is a full day.
Parents should
call 847-676-9000 to obtain a registration packet and to schedule an appointment. Allow about one hour for registration at
the Educational Service Center. Your child's presence is
not required at the time of registration. However,
if your child is learning English as his/her second langauge,
we request that you bring your child to registration for a brief
language assessment.
First grade
children not previously attending District 68 schools may also
be registered on this date.
