New Student Registration 2011-2012

Complete all forms in the packet prior to your appointment in the school, making sure you have all required documentation. Please allow at least one hour for your appointment.
Please allow approximately one hour for completing registration.
Your child's presence is not required at the time of registration. However, if your child is learning English as his/her second language, we request that you bring your child to registration for a brief language assessment.
Please note: Old Orchard Junior High families will be contacted to interview at a later date.
