Student's Authorization for Internet Access

I, the undersigned, agree that I have read the attached Rules and Regulations regarding the use of the District's Internet account and agree to abide by its terms and conditions. I understand that any unacceptable use shall be grounds for the denial, revocation, or suspension of the my Internet privilege and may result in additional discipline. I understand that I am responsible for using the Internet in a way which is consistent with the curriculum.
