Skokie School District 68 – Updated School Logos
Skokie School District 68 is pleased to introduce updated logos for each of our schools. This update is a way to celebrate our district community and highlight the great work happening across our schools through consistent and coordinated marketing materials. Each campus now has a unique logo that aligns with the District’s overall identity while still reflecting the individuality of each school.

The goal of this effort is to create a more cohesive visual presence across the District so that all schools are represented equitably in the materials used to communicate with students, families, and the community while also strengthening a shared sense of pride across District 68.

As part of this work, the District logo was also refreshed. The design includes our existing collaborative hands coming together, symbolizing partnership and shared purpose.  The newly added individual colors (purple, red, orange, blue) represent each of the school communities (OOJH/ECC, Highland, Stenson, Devonshire) served by the Educational Service Center, reflecting the collective work happening across District 68.

The logo design process included multiple rounds of collaboration between graphic artists and District administration to ensure the final designs reflect both the character of our schools and the shared values of the District.

This work is part of an emerging goal across the District to develop and implement a clear, consistent, transparent district communication strategy that strengthens engagement and keeps community members well-informed.

  • Over the Summer, we launched a new website designed to be more accessible, user-friendly, and responsive to the needs of our families.
  • This year we introduced a new communication platform, ParentSquare, to streamline how families receive information from their child’s school and the District - making communication more consistent, timely, and easier to navigate.

Additional information about the District’s ongoing focus on community engagement will be highlighted when the Strategic Plan is finalized, anticipated for May 2026.

In the meantime, we are excited to introduce the updated school logos!
