Jane Stenson Elementary School 2018-2019 Kindergarten Registration Night

Kindergarten registration for the 2018-2019 school year will take place for students who will attend Highland Elementary School

on Wednesday, February 7, 2018, between the hours of 5:00-7:00 p.m.

Parents must schedule an appointment to register their child on this evening.

You will need the following items in order to complete your child’s registration:

• An official birth certificate (not a hospital-issued certificate) or passport.

In order to register your child for kindergarten, he/she must be 5 years of age on or before September 1, 2018.

• Two proofs of residency (driver’s license, lease, mortgage statement, property tax bill, vehicle registration, and/or utility bills);

• Any pertinent health information.

(Please note, it is required by Illinois state law that proof of a current physical exam with up-to-date immunizations is turned in prior to the first day of school, August 23, 2018.  A previous physical is valid as long as it was completed on or after August 23, 2017, and immunizations are up-to-date.)
