The mission of Open Communities is to educate, advocate, and organize to promote just and inclusive communities in North Suburban Chicago.
The Clinic assists with problems arising from landlord & tenant relations, including but not limited to:
- Evictions
- Return of security deposits
- Lease disputes
- Lockouts, wrongful retaliation
Ceda's staff of qualified Housing Counselors are available to assist with foreclosure prevention, pre-purchase, post-purchase, and financial counseling.
